OUR STORY
2001
Owner Nicole DeRosa came up with the idea for spa nijoli. Her mother created the name, by fusing together the names of her daughters Nicole and Jolene! NI=Nicole and Jole=Jolene.
2002
On October 23rd spa nijoli officially opened its doors! With just one floor we operated 6 styling stations, 4 nail tables, and 2 pedicure chairs. Our initial team started with just 7 people.
2002
Two months later, we opened the 2nd floor. It was the first hallway upstairs. We now had 5 treatment rooms, a Vichy shower room, a relaxation room and 2 locker rooms there.
2005
We added another hallway to the second floor to make way for 2 more treatment rooms, 2 pedicure chairs, an office, and laundry room. We also started carrying Bumble and bumble products.
2009
We added 4 styling stations in our hair salon on the first floor. We also added the nail sanctuary upstairs and moved all nails into that area. With this change, we gained another treatment room to use for massage.
2013
General Manager Michael J Surette joined our team!
2016
Added 2 more styling stations in our hair salon! We also built a new makeup studio upstairs.
2017
Renovated salon with a new floor and 4 new shampoo sinks!
2017
Spa nijoli & salon currently spans over 2 floors and 6,000 square feet of treatment rooms, a nail sanctuary, makeup studio and stylist stations. We are a team of 68 beauty professionals in four departments, making spa nijoli & salon your one-stop shop for all things beauty and relaxation.
