New Family Album

Michael began his career in 1999 at the front desk at a salon on Newbury Street. He quickly learned that this was the field he wanted to be in! Three years later he went to cosmetology school and began assisting as a hair stylist but found he really loved management. Michael has worked in some of the best salons and days spas across the country noted for excellence in service, style, and technique including Hyde Edwards Salon & Spa of San Diego, CA and Salon Ciba of Seattle Washington. He most recently worked at Mario Russo on Newbury Street. He has taken several classes from our top industry education institutions such as Bumble & bumble, Strategies, Evolve Salon Systems and Salon Savvy The Art of Business Education.  Michael has been with spa nijoli & salon since November 2013.

Elyssa graduated from North Shore Community College and continued onto Catherine Hinds to become an esthetician. She has been with spa nijoli and salon since 2013. This is her passion and she continues her education both through her school and through Dermalogica, our skin care line. Typically Elyssa is here Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays!

Erin is one of our wonderful skin therapists and has been with the nijoli team since 2013, though she has been in the industry and graduated from Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in 1994. Erin specializes in facials, they are her all time favorite. She is particularly interested in mature and acne skin types, and loves nothing more than to help people look and feel their best (and of course, relaxed)!

Lynne graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute and joined the spa nijoli team in 2014. Lynne continues training regularly for various skin and makeup techniques. facials and makeup are true passions for her. Her makeup artistry ranges, but her favorite is bridal and beauty makeup. Lynne is also Reiki certified. Fell free to book with her Wednesday - Saturday!

Chrissy graduated from Continental Academy of Hair Design in 2006 and has been with spa nijoli ever since! She has taken several classes from Wella, Nick Arrojo, Bumble and Bumble University in NYC, and believes that the education here at nijoli is top of the line! She is typically here Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday evenings if you would like to book with her.

Jeff started his career at spa nijoli in 2011 after having graduated from Empire beauty school the year before. He loves the education provided here at nijoli and has attended numerous classes as well as Bumble and Bumble University in NYC since his start. Typically he can be found here Tuesday through Thursday, Saturday, and every other Sunday.

Jessica graduated from the Merrimack Valley School of Hair Design back in 2004 and began her career. She began her career at spa nijoli in 2013. She loves the professional yet relaxed atmosphere she is surrounded with and loves that she can further her education with all of our hair care lines. Jessica is also one of our Deva Curl Certified Stylists. You can book with her Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Kelly has been a hair stylist with spa nijoli and salon since 2005. She graduated Lowell Hair Academy in 2002, and her career has taken off ever since. She has attended many Bumble and Bumble University classes in her years here and loves to take classes whenever possible. Kelly has also taken several technique classes through Wella, Oribe, Kerastase, Vidal Sasoon, and Nick Arrojo. She is also ceritfied in both Platinum Seamless Extensions and SoCap. Kelly thinks that spa nijoli is top of the line, and we think she is too! Book with her Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Amanda graduated from Blaine Beauty School in 2005. She was doing hair at another salon prior to starting her nijoli career in 2010. She has been to Bumble & Bumble University and continues her education regularly through all of our retail lines as well as our color line, Wella. Amanda is available Wednesday through Saturday to book hair services with.

Haley started her career at spa nijoli and salon in 2010 as one of our many talented nail technicians. She tested the water in the hair department and attended Lowell Hair Academy immediately. She is available for both hair and nail services and is here everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday. She continues her education as often as possible through all of our hair care lines. Haley is also one of our talented makeup artists and enjoys every chance she gets to express her creativity!

Lindsay has been with spa nijoli & salon as a hair stylist since 2007. She graduated in 2005 from Michael's School of Hair Design and started her career in 2006. She has attended a cutting class with Nick Arrojo, has been to Bumble and Bumble University four times, went to NYC for wella color education in 2014, and was picked to be a stylist at New York Fashion Week in 2011. Lindsay is available for hair services on Mondays, Friday and Saturday.

Mandy attended Blaine Beauty School and graduated in 2008. She has been in the beauty industry ever since, but started her spa nijoli career in early 2014 as a hairstylist and makeup artist. She continues her education regularly with classes from Wella Professionals, Loreal Professionals, Mike Karg, Bumble and Bumble, Deva Curl, The Doves, Sebastian, Nick Arrojo, Martin Pasrsons, Kerastase, and many more. She specializes in the Deva Curl and specialty color. Book with Mandy Thursday - Sunday.

Meghan graduated from LIBS (the Learning Institute of Beauty Science) and began her career at spa nijoli back in 2005. She has had extensive training with all of our hair care lines and has attended Bumble & Bumble University in NYC. She is an excellent stylist and enjoys the industry. Book with Meghan on Tuesdays, or Thursday through Saturday, she'd love to see you!

CrisitiAna has been with spa nijoli & salon since 2009. She had just graduated from The Muscular Therapy Institute (now called Cortiva). Prior to working with our family, she graduated from a 3 year program in physical therapy while living in the Dominican Republic. Because of CristiAna's background she is very interested in a more clinical approach to massage therapy. She has recently completed over 50 hours of orthopedic massage & pain management, and was sent to Ireland for training and seminars. She is fluent in Spanish, loves to travel, roller blade, and help others!

Emily has been with the spa nijoli family since May of 2012. She graduated from Hesser Collage in 2007 and went straight into massage therapy from there. She has been a wonderful addition to the spa nijoli team and loves what she does. Emily's favorite type of massage is prenatal, she loves to pamper our mothers-to-be. She is always here on the weekends to help you out with your relaxation needs!

James has been with spa nijoli & salon as a massage therapist since 2011. He graduated from the Salter School in 2010. Clients can book in with James for massage services typically Tuesday through Thursday, as well as Sundays.

Karina received her certificate in massage therapy from the Salter School in 2008. She is certified in lyposage, swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, hot stone, body wraps, polarity visualization exercises, geriatric massage, and chair massage. She is truly talented and loves it when a client can walk out saying they feel relaxed and in less pain. Karina has been with our team since 2014.

Cindy has been at spa nijoli since 2005. She is one of the many talented nail teachnicians we have here. She graduated from the Hair & Nail Academy in 1999. She has been married for 20 years and has two beautiful children. She has a love for this industry, and would love to make you look your best!

Dawilsa has been with the spa nijoli family since 2014, but has been in the industry since 2011 after graduating from VIP Academy. She is one of our very talented nail technicians and loves to experiment with nail art and the latest trends! You can see some of her artwork on our instagram @spanijoli

Heather started at spa nijoli back in 2009 as one of our many talented nail technicians. She attended School of Nail Design and graduated in 1999, and started her career right away. She loves the professional environment she works in and that she comes to work feeling like a family member. You can book with Heather on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Sarah joined the nijoli family around the summer of 2015. She comes to spa nijoli & salon with over 15 years of experience! She graduated in 2000 at Northern Essex. If you would like to see Sarah, she is typically here Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, as well as every other Sunday.

Sung is from Seoul, South Korea, and has been in the United States for over 7 years. She began at spa nijoli & salon in 2009, shortly after graduating from Lowell Academy. She says that she loves doing nails because she really enjoys meeting new people and being able to be creative. Sung strives for perfection every time while giving clients the most relaxing services possible!

Shelby started her career at spa nijoli in 2011 after having been a client here for so many years. She Graduated from the Continental Academy of Hair Design in 2009 and keeps up to date on todays latest trends as foten as possible. Typically you can find Shelby here Sunday through Tuesday, and on Saturdays. She has always been a big fan of spa nijoli and enjoys making her clients look their best!
